Our Day One system is designed specifically for complete beginners who want a structured and pressure-free introduction to training.
You will begin with a semi-private initiation session before joining regular classes.

Before joining regular classes, you begin with a Day One Initiation session.

This simply helps us guide you correctly from the beginning.
Striking Initiation

You will not spar.
You will not be thrown into advanced drills.
You will build your foundation first.
Grappling Initiation

You will not be thrown into hard sparring.
You will learn step by step.
How Scheduling Works
Day One sessions are:

If no one books the session, it does not run.
This allows us to:

Give more attention to each beginner
