We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Kids No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program at Monarchy MMA Bangsar, starting May 5!
This new class is the perfect complement to our existing kids’ martial arts offerings—providing young practitioners with a dynamic, engaging, and modern training experience.
What is No-Gi BJJ?
No-Gi BJJ is a form of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practiced without the traditional gi (kimono). Instead, students wear rash guards and shorts, training with grips and controls that don’t rely on clothing.
This fast-paced style emphasizes:
-
Agility
-
Timing
-
Strategy
-
Adaptability
It’s an excellent way for kids to build real-world grappling skills in a fun, safe environment.
