Securing the Space
Monarchy management has successfully secured the lease on two adjacent units. This acquisition totals approximately 3000 square feet of prime training space. We have installed all necessary equipment, including mats, bags, AC units, wiring, and lighting.
Permit Delays
Unfortunately, the building management has delayed the issuance of necessary permits for weeks, which has significantly set back our opening timeline. However, we have good news to share!
Progress on Construction
We are happy to inform you that all approvals were granted this week, and construction has now commenced.
We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to expedite this process.
We will keep you updated on our progress and eagerly look forward to your first visit to our newly equipped facility!
