Some beginners find training amongst regular or experienced martial artists a daunting task, and as mentioned above, our aim here is to make sure all our members are fully-equipped with the necessary skills as you start attending more classes in a particular discipline.

Each beginners Foundation program will guide you on all specific and necessary techniques you will be needing along your journey.

Our coaches are fully-dedicated to helping you pick up all the important skills in the fastest time.

  • Strictly for DAY ONE beginners – Don’t worry, everyone in the classes are on the same level, so no pressure
  • Organised step-by-step curriculum with complimentary access to detailed video tutorials exclusively on the Members App.
  • Taught in a semi-private and on demand environment.
  • Ten students per class maximum – our coaches will have plenty of time for YOU!
  • Helps you with the basic moves and knowledge on what you will need during a normal group class.
  • Every little detail and technique will be corrected and guided by our head instructors in each discipline.
  • Inclusive of the group classes memberships with ZERO additional fees.
  • For Boxing, Brazilian, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling & Muay Thai.
  • Available in our 3 branches in Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, and Mont Kiara branches.

The curriculum of techniques is available to the students from the Zen Member App.

In brief, here’s what you will be able to pick up from these lesson:

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Explore the complete beginners guide to BJJ from solo-drills & rolls used during warm-ups to how it will come together during the daily and weekly technics taught by our Professors. During the weekly fixed All Levell BJJ class, they will be instructed as a warm up, without any explanations in details on why they are important to know. There will be no stones unturned after completing the BJJ Foundation program about their purpose when it comes to combat practicality.

Wrestling
The Wrestling Foundation class will guide you step-by-step through all the drills during which you will understand the names of the isolated moves which will be combined to make a perfect takedown and takedown defenses during the regular classes, such as the initial stances, entries, grips, shift & distribution of weight prior to the throw and ways to toggle your partner to the floor and also what are the basics principle to avoid getting taken down by disengaging.
