There are a lot of questions surrounding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling as its popularity is still relatively new. Besides, these martial arts are not as straightforward as striking-based disciplines.

However, we are here to reveal the effectiveness of these martial arts through an invitational to a one-time practical class that will unfold what you can expect during your BJJ & Wrestling journey at Monarchy MMA:

Strictly for DAY ONE beginners – Don’t worry, everyone in the class is on the same level, so there’s ZERO pressure!
Basic & very simple yet effective techniques will be taught.
Taught in a semi-private and on-demand environment.
A maximum of ten students per class to keep the class interactive & as personal as possible!
Available in all three branches – Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, and Mont Kiara.
